Great statistics – as a nation, we’re in worse shape than I realized! Certainly, housework feels 10 times harder in a cluttered space.
You’re right. Especially if you pay your housekeeper by the hour. You’re basically paying them to make space and move things in order to clean instead of cleaning itself.
I am a new member of NAPO in the Seattle area. I love these statistics and would love to find more, but can not find them on the NAPO site. Can you direct me to where you found them?

I have collected them from different sources. Unfortunately they are not all centrally located on the NAPO site (as I think they could or should be). I’d recommend you Google “Statistics Professional Organizing” and see what you find. Then as you find them (and assuming they are from a reliable source) copy and paste them into one place so you can easily retrieve them if you need to.
